Objections (Women In Ministry Series)

Jul 20, 2012

1 Samuel 15:23 “For rebellion is as the sin of witchcraft, and stubbornness is as iniquity and idolatry. Because thou hast rejected the word of the Lord, He hath also rejected thee from being king.”

There are many objections to this rejection of women in ministry. Of course there would be. Satan loves to incite rebellious behavior. A common one is that Paul restricts women from teaching because in the first century, women were typically uneducated. However, *1st Timothy 2:11-14* nowhere mentions educational status. If education were a qualification for ministry, the majority of Jesus’ disciples would not have been qualified. Also God never changes. so for people and society to change has no bearing on His Word. A second argument is that Paul only restricted the women of Ephesus from teaching (1 Timothy was written to Timothy, who was the pastor of the church in Ephesus). The city of Ephesus was known for its temple to Artemis, a false Greek/Roman goddess. Women were the authority in the worship of Artemis. However, the book of 1st Timothy nowhere mentions Artemis, nor does Paul mention Artemis worship as a reason for the restrictions in *1 Timothy 2:11-12.* It is basically a general rule for all churches …

Yet another frequent objection to this interpretation of women in ministry is in relation to women who held positions of leadership in the Bible, specifically Miriam, Deborah, and Huldah in the Old Testament. This objection fails to note some significant factors. First, Deborah was the only female judge among 13 male judges. Huldah was the only female prophet among dozens of male prophets mentioned in the Bible. Miriam’s only connection to leadership was being the sister of Moses and Aaron. The two most prominent women in the times of the Kings were Athaliah and Jezebel—hardly examples of godly female leadership. Not to mention that these positions of authority were either taken by witchery or simply given to them by unlearned men.

Most significantly, though, the authority of women in the Old Testament is not relevant to the issue. The book of 1st Timothy and the other letters present a new paradigm for the church, the body of Christ, and that paradigm involves the authority structure for the church, not for the nation of Israel or any other Old Testament entity.

Similar arguments are made using Priscilla and Phoebe in the New Testament. In Acts 18, Priscilla and Aquila are presented as faithful ministers for Christ. Priscilla’s name is mentioned first, perhaps indicating that she was more “prominent” in ministry than her husband. However, Priscilla is nowhere described as participating in a ministry activity that is in contradiction to *1st Timothy 2:11-14.* Priscilla and Aquila brought Apollos into their home and they both discipled him, explaining the Word of God to him more accurately (Acts 18:26) Which is something that is encouraged in Scripture to do and we have become very lacking in that …

Furthermore, if there are women in your church telling men that they need to keep coming, they are essentially asserting authority over them, and I see this happening in many churches. I see those same churches being run by women, programs controlled by women, and I see women leading song worship which gives them a spiritual authority, talking to each other in the back pews during service and speaking out during the preaching …

Whats worse is the men and the ministry both tolerates and allows this to continue and grow. They have been bewitched and there is a spell of rebellion over that church …

The Other Side Of Sex

” But we know that the law is good if one uses it lawfully, knowing this: that the law is not made for a righteous person, but for the lawless and insubordinate, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the unholy and profane, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers, for fornicators, for sodomites, for kidnappers, for liars, for perjurers, and if there is any other thing that is contrary to sound doctrine”

1 Timothy 1:8-10

The Bible is clear that vulnerable people should be protected and cared for, endangered people should receive justice, and abuse of any kind is a sin.

Nobody wants to talk about this, but lesbian and gay relations are more than same gender matters. It also falls in the incest category.

There is an entire world of everything from crossdressing to reverse rolls even between married men and women. There is a lifestyle behind closed doors that involve siblings, and parents alike, And don’t forget those swinger parties …

Everyone likes to think that divorce and adultery are the worst things going on in the churches. Wrong! If the statistics are true that 1 in 3 families suffer from various kinds of abuse, or other sorts of dysfunction, I guarantee these sexual matters are very much involved in many of them. and not just in the immediate family either.

I made the statement once that the media will throw claims out there like “many times a child is abused and assaulted by another relative” … in order to cause fear and mistrust between families. Well the sad truth is that this particular claim is not entirely false. There are many, many different kinds of relationships happening between relatives, best friends and especially on the internet.

I mentioned in a previous message about kids meeting in their rooms or getting motel rooms to have relations involving crossdressing and making videos. Many of these young people are lured into traps, however many others go willingly, and their videos are surfing all over the web getting thousands, if not millions of views all over the world.

Its not just in this country. Its every where.

“If a man is found kidnapping any of his brethren of the children of Israel, and mistreats him or sells him, then that kidnapper shall die; and you shall put away the evil from among you”

Deuteronomy 24:7

Whats worse is the amount of money that these people are paid to be in some of the more prominent and glamorous short films. Drugs and drinking can certainly have a major influence over some of these incidents. There are even story lines of girls being corrupted by another girl after reading the Bible. Most of it is acting, but not all …

As I said a lot of this is setting people up and trapping them. This leads into the sex trafficking and kidnapping that the media never covers. Thousands of young girls and boys are taken for this single purpose and then discarded after a time.

This film called “Taken” with Liam Neeson and one by Jean Claude Van Damme called Six Bullets, tho highly glorified, are very realistic films.

There are many Scriptures related to this issue. There are also many sick and lost souls claiming that slavery and forced sex is Biblically permitted.

Bad Fork

Society has created a fine line between loving a person and hating their sin. The gay issue is one of the best examples of this. Its hard if not impossible to be friends with someone when you’re against their lifestyle and you see where its taking them.

Well the same goes when you see someone you care about making the wrong choices because you know somewhere down that path they will get themselves hurt or worse, but only you can see it.

Acts 24:27 is about letting the popular decision over rule the right decision …

When everyone else supports a person in their choices then the one who does not suddenly becomes irrelevant and obsolete. So then the non supporter is on the outside of a situation looking in, and when it all goes to chaos he or she can only shake their heads because those people had fair warning, but didn’t listen.

Judges 8:23-27 is about allowing God to lead, but throwing your own ideas in the mix …

I have made poor choices both with and without fair warning. I am no better than anyone. I am my own worst critic. People say live and learn, but never actually learn, they continue going back to the same mistakes, the same wrong people, the same bad path.

Exodus 32:1-4 is about impatience and jumping on the first bad idea that comes to mind …

This is why in the two plus years I’ve been alone I have not gone back to the relationship cycle. I’ve said if I wont be with my wife and daughter again and God wants me to be with someone new, then He will have to make it happen. He knows what I need and who would be right …

Well this does not stop the devil from trying to prevent it. This is what I mean about living and learning. People have lost discernment and logic. Everything has to be made difficult. There are times when I question my discernment, however there are times I know I am not wrong about certain situations and I know Who the source was that provided such discernment.

The hardest thing a person can do is allow someone to screw up. Even if it comes years later. Its even more painful to watch when its personal. Some lessons should never be learned, because it leaves people in a bad place that they may never get out of …

Genesis 3:6 … Taking a path you were warned not to …

When God tries to put obstacles in front of your bad choices, do you walk around them or stop and rethink?

Wrestling (January 27)

“For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.”  Ephesians 6:12

There is always so much fuss over Bibles and Christianity being banned from different schools … and yet the holidays are still highly observed. Holidays that millions are badly decieved into believing they are God’s days. Other holidays that haven’t been labeled as Christian, but they are still rooted in Satanic paganism.

What’s worse are the immoral teachings varying from sex education to false history. The lack of proper discipline in the home due to fake psychological testing and pumping dangerous pills into normal behaved children. “Vaccinations” that make lab rats and test subjects out of us for our whole lives. False flag attacks from government hired gunmen and crisis actors to create fear mongering tactics meant to push gun control.

There are many reasons our children should not be in school, and yet we are forced to send them there because we have to work towards that Great American Hoax they call a dream. Which basically makes taxpayers nothing but slaves to the system.

A system that pays for alleged wars, drug trade, crime syndicates and keeps the wealthy families in power and in control of the system.

Ultimately this stress results in breaking up families, making us lose sight of what’s truly important, getting our priorities backwards and in effect keeping us putting our money back into the system …

This was not intended to be another long message, however it needs to be said and repeated, and repeated again until people do more than just listen …

The break down of society starts in three places; in the home, in the church and in the school. You infiltrate the homes thru the latter two of these. In a modern age with use of technology and entertainment, it becomes much easier to divide and conquer …

In Lieu Of Double Standards

In lieu of all the double standards with women and all the false idealistic views that they are always the victim just acting out I put some thought into this quote …

This does not mean that the woman takes over the household or takes control of how a church is run. This of course is to say that there is a man or men around who have the courage and capability of leading … however that is not for any one woman or group of women to decide.

Its said that men cannot handle strong women. This is a load of garbage. It is in fact the other way around. Women can no longer handle being with a strong man …

The devil fears a proper, meek, praying, loyal and loving woman, wife, mother. The bossy “strong” stereotypes are actually doing the devil’s bidding by always overreacting, trying to tell others what to do, namely men … and manipulating everything to their own way of thinking instead of God’s …

This is rebellious feminist witchcraft.

One example is when a man had tried to help me fix my scooter when I was first homeless after my wife turned on me. Well his wife basically, very angrily commanded him not to help me because she bought into all the lies and rumors that had my wife playing the victim. It was wrong on her part for many reasons. It was also wrong for him to allow her to boss him the way she had. Most especially because he was doing a godly, kind act …

Now granted our society has so many dividing factors where men and women alike have been horribly dumbed down by Hollywood, tv, schooling and music, however it has overrun the churches and the home, it has destroyed families and has given Christian marriages over to man’s court …

These things are no accident. There are so many ways in which we have lost the way, but it pretty much all starts in the home …

Salt (March 1, 2012)

2 Timothy 2:15: “Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”

“dividing the word of truth” does not mean to express your opinions or your feelings or to decide whether you should or should not live by certain parts of it … and I believe many people do this in their attempt to revolve the bible around their own lives which then puts them in the category spoken of in the next verse …

2 Timothy 2:16: “But shun profane and vain babblings: for they will increase unto more ungodliness.”

They in fact do not shun these things, they argue and defend and justify which then leads them further into ungodliness … One ought read the entirety of that chapter. I find it ironic how the word of God has become quite esoteric …

Matthew Henry’s Commentary says this: “It is rightly to divide the word of truth. Not to invent a new gospel, but rightly to divide the gospel that is committed to their trust. To speak terror to those to whom terror belongs, comfort to whom comfort is needed; to give every one his portion in due season”

We are to study God’s Word to learn His will for us and to learn how we can apply it to our daily walk. We have an obligation and the privilege, to not only study the Bible for our own spiritual growth, we study it to help others. We must know what we believe and why. If we put the proper emphasis on the Bible we will not be led astray by false teachers.

The problem is we have so many individuals in more prominent positions of leadership who everyone simply follows and listens to, yet are sending all of them straight to Hell with their false ideas and blasphemy against God. Many times because the people do not study for themselves or take the word for what it is. Tho, in today’s translations everything we read must be studied anyhow. It sickens me to hear someone say they do not sugar coat in their preaching then to discover they both teach and live against God’s Word in some fashion or another. So all his (or her) followers see this and copy that action with the justification that “well that person is greatly blessed and does it so it must be okay for us to do it as well” …

NO! Wake Up People! I can smell the flesh burning from your bones already!
